Blizzard Balance

Correctly delivered and revealed digital codes are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, replaced, or canceled. This does not limit remedies for failed, duplicate, incorrect, unavailable, or never-delivered fulfillment, or rights required by law. To protect customers and keep digital delivery secure, digital items are currently available only to customers with a Michigan billing address or customers with a previous shipped physical order from 1UP Games. Digital orders require credit or debit card payment. When fulfillment is approved, an email links to your 1UP Games account so you can reveal the code securely; codes are not sent directly by email. Codes are redeemable only for the listed region, platform, account type, denomination, or edition. Review the product title, platform, region, and value before checkout.

Eligible, approved digital orders require a minimum 30-minute pre-capture security hold and cannot be fulfilled before the hold ends. This is not a delivery-time guarantee. Fraud screening, provider processing, balance top-off, or system delays may take longer.
