Digital item sales are final and non-refundable once purchased. To protect customers and keep digital delivery secure, digital items are currently available only to customers with a Michigan billing address or customers with a previous shipped physical order from 1UP Games. Digital orders require credit or debit card payment. When fulfillment is approved, an email links to your 1UP Games account so you can reveal the code securely; codes are not sent directly by email. Delivery is usually instant, but fraud screening, provider processing, balance top-off, or system delays may take up to 24 hours. Codes are redeemable only for the listed region, platform, account type, denomination, or edition. Review the product title, platform, region, and value before checkout because revealed codes cannot be returned, exchanged, replaced, or canceled.
